Utah SWPPP Amendment

A SWPPP Amendment is a document that is used to modify a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). This document is used to update the plan to reflect any changes in construction activities, personnel, or other elements of the project that were not included in the initial SWPPP.
